Bats that are flying inside your home are almost always an indication that there are bats in your attic.
In this weeks show we talk about some of the concerns and issues when a bat enters your bedroom, bathroom, dining room, or any other living space in the home. Where they come from, why they showed up, removal, and preventing conflicts in the future.

With bats coming into the attic, probably around the chimney, after I seal around the flashing, should I put some sort of screening over the top of the chimney?
Ususally bats are not going down down the flues. However, having a chimney cap installed is a great way to keep squirrels and debirs out of the chimney, as well as protect the crown from water.
Is there anything to repel bats from entering your house? we had an incident and the house was inspected and could find a point of entrance.
